Naturopathic and nutritional protocols for supporting the neurotransmitter and neuroendocrine system pathways with various modalities are discussed. Participants will receive concrete models and tools for establishing the physical foundation of health with proper sleep, exercise and diet specifically tailored to support mental wellness.
On this foundation, the program delves into models for working with the emotional and psychological aspects of mental health- working with emotions, thoughts, behaviours, reactions, spirituality, and love and compassion using practical and applicable psychotherapeutic techniques within the scope of naturopathic medicine. Participants will gain confidence and skills learning how to manage their minds so they aren’t at the mercy of their thoughts and emotions.
