Hi- I developed an allergy to coconut products while on another elimination diet. Is there a good substitute that will provide enough fat for me to hit ketosis? I can do coconut oil, just not milk or butter. I asked this in another thread, but I think I need to start a new thread so it can be addressed in the monthly Q&A. Sorry if I am duplicating.

Jody, be sure to look for an email with the form to submit questions for Dr. Wahls every month. If you can not do coconut milk, coconut oil is fine. You can also use more time restricted feeding and olive oil to get into ketosis.
