I can do a lot of things, but I can't do organ meats. I've tried. I just can't. I will continue to try with v-ery small organ-to-other-meat ratios, but in the meantime, is there a general rule about substitutions? If avoiding/limiting, is there a preferred "other" type of meat, or extra supplements or food items to minimize the gap?
I want to be a liver lover too! I am not and I supplement instead. I do not mind eating liver ground into ground beef. Liverwurst from US Wellness meats were okay too.
