Does anyone have any suggestions on which of the Meal Delivery Plans are the closest to the Wahls Protocol ? Also opinions on if a juice plan over an actual “plate of food” ?

We recommend you find a local meal prep company, that way you can work with them closely to adjust and implement the Wahls Protocol at whatever level you are looking for. -Team Wahls
Waiting to find out if I have MS Plaque or a brain tumor, but my neurologist recommended The Wahls Protocol so my husband drove me right to Barnes and Noble to buy both books and I joined the website, too. I watched the Ted Talk 2x. Looking forward to the next MRI for some answers. The steriods made me crazy!

Somehow I got cheat sheet 2 and 3, but cant get #1. I joined and also paid 69 separately. We're on our way to Sprouts. Dont know what I didn't do. I have the books with me, so that will help.
Cathleen, the book is the best resource with food lists. I will look for your email and send you the cheat sheep I have.

I too, got an incomplete set - just the one Paleo one. Any chance I can get the other two? While I have Wahls Protocol (hard copy and e-copy) and the cookbook, they don't stick to the refrigerator well and are harder to bring on road trips! I mostly use Paleo, but would prefer Paleo Plus if I can resolve my issues with coconut fat; but also find the flexibility of the Level 1 diet easier while traveling. Any help appreciated.

Greenchef paleo plan its a bit pricey but works for me.
