Rory, Dr. Wahls favorite form of probiotics is fermented foods. She has a lot of recipes in her cookbook for different ferments. She does talk about probiotics in the book and has taken VSL#3, S. boulardii, she recommends rotating probiotics if you are to use supplements. ~In health, Beth-team Wahls
