Having read the Wahls protocol and cooking book + the level 2 and 3 recipes, I have a few questions:

- Is it ok to freeze chia berry dark cocoa pudding? Or will it lose consistency?
- Is it ok to freeze fermented chia pudding?
- You mention that granola should be limited to 1/2 cup a day which makes sense. is it ok to have spiced nuts as well or should we limit ourselves to 1/2 cup of nuts / granola per day?

Some recipes in the book specifically indicate that can be frozen, but other said nothing about it. I also wonder if when not mentioned indicates that they should not be frozen. Getting guidance on this would be of great help.
