We have struggled to fit in the preparation of food into our life. We tried to streamline by always having smoothies as a breakfast (both on level 2 and on 3). This worked on 2, but left us un-satiated on level 3. We also tried using only the fastest recipes in your pdf recipe books for dinner - this limited the ingredients.
What are your top tips for timesaving with the food prep and were we wrong to go with smoothies only on level 3?
