I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis, mast cell activation, and eosinophilic esophagitis. Some people say that a low carb diet is not good for the thyroid and some say that it is not good to be in a keto diet all the time. I just joined and just trying to understand. What are Dr. Wahl's opinions about keto and thyroid and whether it is ok to stay in ketosis every day?
I hope this isn't repetitive. I posted the question to another website, but it said Dr. Wahls only answers the most popular questions, so I'm posting it here. Is the proper place to ask my questions?
