The Wahls Protocol Membership Site

Hello,
I just joined the membership site today and only see one post in the forums. I am hoping that maybe I am not quite sure how to look yet. But, if that is not the case, c'mon everyone. Lets chat and support one another. I joined for my boyfriend. He has MS and we are about to start the protocol next week. Also ordered the premium menu level 3 today. We are going to follow it because I am afraid of trying to do it on my own and messing up, not getting enough this or that. I am going to follow the diet with him to show support and I know it won't be easy for either one of us, but he is determined and that makes me even more ready to do this with him. I look forward to talking with others and tossing around ideas and supporting one another!

I just watched the videos on eStim and am ready to try to recover muscle mass and improve the damaging effects of the muscle damage I have incurred due to Polymyositis an autoimmune disease that damages the muscles. I am about to reach a point where I will be in a wheelchair. I am feeling very optimistic and determined. I do own an Empi, which was prescribed for me for pain years ago. Now I need to find it in boxes from a move some time ago. I think it will be adequate to stimulate my muscles while doing the recommended exercises at home. I am very anxious to start this program. I have a PT, but not sure if his training involves working with athletes. May have to go elsewhere.

Hi, I am new to the site. I don't have MS but I have 2 other autoimmune disorders: 1) hashimotos and 2) Lichen PLanos Pilaris. I also had cancer 3 yrs ago and have one of the Alzheimers Genes apoe3. I am familiar with a plant based diet and hope to really ramp it up here. I'm also going to the weekend retreat in July.

Hi- I am new to the site as of 7.9.19. I have an undiagnosed illness and deal with chronic pain and fatigue. Diet changes are the only things that have ever helped so I am hoping the Wahls protocol will provide some much needed relief :).I hate social media, but feel like I need some support and am hoping to get that here.

Hi, I am new to the site as of 08.01.19. I have Anti-phospholipid Antibody Syndrome (APS), Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3B, and Mitral Valve Stenosis that shows as congestive heart failure when I have too much sodium also Thrombocytopenia and the occasional TIA and my memory is extremely bad. I didn't want to take any more medications to control the constant pain in my wrists and elbows. So, I started a restrictive diet with DaVita, Anti-Inflammatory, and Vitamin K. I have done well over the last 2 years - lost 100 pounds, eliminated migraines, daily headaches and fibromyalgia. My goal is to improve or protect my memory and kidney function. I stopped working 3 years ago because I could no longer perform in my current job function. I have started the Wahls Protocol Level 3 and I am unsure of what to expect next in terms of improvements, however, my goal is to improve my memory and maintain my current level of functionality. I look forward to learning more and welcome the support.

I'm new to this web-based membership. I was diagnosed with MS 30 years ago. It was not until 20 years later that I was diagnosed with benign MS. Many neurologists have prescribed medication, but I have not seen the benefits outweigh the costs. I have never taken medication, but have symptoms that come and go every couple of years. I read The Wahl's Protocol book two years ago. I totally agree that we need to build up our immune system instead of tearing it down. I started on level one and have had limited success staying on the protocol since then. I'm looking for a forum where I can communicate with others who are going through the same program. I want to provide and receive support from others. Can you direct me to that area? Thank you.
