Thanks Beth. The link is broken. Here’s my question:

Once you eat your 9 cups, should you continue to eat proportionally (e.g. for each l additional cup of color, eat 1 additional cup of greens and 1 cup of sulfur rich vegetables)?

Also, are you supposed to eat meat with every meal?

You do not have to eat meat with every meal. You are looking for 9-21 ounces of meat per day on level 2. After the 9 cups you can eat in any combination you like. Dr. Wahls prefers to get lots of greens in her diet. Beth-team Wahls

Thanks so much. AFTER you finish your 9 cups, do you still have to eat in proportion?

No. Once you get the 9 cups you can eat in any proportion you would like. Dr. Wahls likes to get extra greens. ~Beth-team Wahls
