Hiya,
I'm excited to have joined and look forward to exploring.
On a very practical note -- can the dark background be changed? I find it is quite hard on the eyes.
My journey -- dodgy health for 10 years (55 yrs old now), really crashing 3 years ago with a host of MS-consistent symptoms: numbness in the left midsection, leg, and foot; double vision of headlights in night driving; subtle changes in balance and gait (stumbling on my toes); bladder changes and urgency; brain fog; immense tiredness. I had to reduce work to almost nothing. The doctor called these 'medically unexplained symptoms', rejecting it could be MS because I could walk on my heels (I'm in the UK where it can be hard to get official diagnoses.) But combined with my other auto-immune issues of polymyalgia and hypothyroidism that had arisen in the previous year, it seemed clear.
After tons of research, I found and have been following the Wahl's Protocol and also moved to a sunnier location. My energy is vastly improved and other symptoms have improved markedly, apart from the numbness. Feeling very grateful to Terry and looking forward to connecting with you all and learning from each other.
With all good wishes,
Claralynn
