Hi everyone!
I am new to this site. I’ve been doing the protocol since October 11th. I was part of a Facebook group, the wahls protocol that I found very helpful and inspiring. It has recently been shut down and I’m looking for a similar resource.
Lately I feel like I have lost momentum on the diet. I am finding it hard to get all the meat in daily. I started with level 2 but have experienced some energy crashes and thought maybe level 1 will be better for me. Yesterday I ate some peanut butter and apples my daughter didn’t eat and felt sick after. I suspect if I had eaten my 9 cups first I’d have been fine. It scares me so much to eat non compilation foods. It’s been hard having an 11 month old, trying to exercise and eat clean is tough. I’m doing my best. Some days it’s overwhelming. I have also been stressed about what to do if I eat out. What if they use trans fat oil to cook the meat or some butter?
I am glad to be here and hope to find the support I am yearning for.

I have relapsing remitting ms. My biggest symptom is balance, foot drop, fatigue and inability to walk much. I want to get stronger so I can carry my baby with confidence and chase her as she learns to walk and run. I’m also doing the ms gym online. I’m on disability and very limited money especially with a baby so all of this
Is a struggle for me. I’ll do anything to be better for her.
