Hi, in the book, Lipoic acid is listed on page 34. On the website shop page, there is R Lipoic acid listed as well as Alpha Lipoic Acid. Which one is best, especially for neuropathy?
Dr. Wahls is referring to Alpha Lipoic Acid in the book for mitochondria.
