I have MS and some heat sensitivity. I just bought a SaunaSpace Luminati Sauna. I would love to talk or correspond with someone who has experience using the sauna, and could coach me on how to build up my heat tolerance. Any ideas?

Andrea, here is the Wahls Protocol® Health Practitioner Directory https://terrywahls.com/healthprofessionaldirectory/# I am not sure which ones may have experience with Sauna Space. I use the single bulb unit and was able to keep it farther away and in a large area in the beginning. After years on the Wahls protocol my heat intolerance is pretty much gone. Start out doing short times in from of the lights and see how your body handles it.
