I watched Dr. Wahl's cooking video, but it isn't clear how much of Balance Oil and how much of phosphatidyl choline she is using. I think she said 1 tablespoonful of each, but the bottles say to use 1/2 teaspoonful per serving. A tablespoonful of the PC would only last me 8 days! Also, how much E-Lyte does she use? Thanks
Carolyn, you can send me an email at [email protected] and I can get you a handout for her recipe. She does use that much in her pudding. I would start out with the recommended amount on the bottle and slowly increase to the amount that fits in your budget. The E-Lyte use a capful.
