For almost two years I have been on a whole foods diet without gluten or dairy because I am allergic to both of them. I only eat about 4-6 oz of meat a day but my cholesterol levels are still a little high despite taking fish oil and eating oatmeal which I have recently cut out and using lots of avocados and olive oil. I am wanting to start the Level 2 Wahls Paleo diet but I am concerned that my cholesterol levels might increase more from the increase in the amount of meat I will be eating. I have recently starting taking krill oil and eating more fish but I am hoping you will have some advice to how to do this diet and keep my cholesterol under control.
