This a continuation of the Resiliency and Vitality lecture. It presents additional strategies for improving grit and resilience in the face of severe challenges

Exposures to heavy metals, pesticides, insecticides, plastics, and solvents are associated with higher rates of mental health problems, neurological problems, autoimmune problems, and cancers. In this lecture, attendees will be guided through strategies to reduce exposure and improve the body’s ability to process and safely excrete more of these compounds.
